Make a plan…

That’s what they tell me, of late.  You can wish all you like, you can dream, you can imagine, you can hope for…..but if you don’t plan, that’s all your desire is going to be.  A dream.  So, I made some plans.  I carefully planned out my own self care regime.  More reiki.  More exercise, Better food.  And here I am, almost halfway through January, and I can say, that my plans have succeeded, thus far.  Baby-steps.  That’s another thing I’ve learned.  We must take baby steps in order to move forward…so, for two weeks, now, I’ve done Great!  I’m patting myself on the back right now, in my head 🙂

And, I made another plan.  Blog.  And here I am, still.  Maybe not everyday, but that’s ok, too.  I’m still here…

I’ll concentrate on those two, for now.  They will keep me busy, I’m sure.  I have a tendency to make a LOT of plans.  Too many to actually keep up with.  But this year, I’ve got two.  Well, three, actually.  The third is to STOP PROCRASTINATING.  And I think, that, with looking after myself well, and blogging regularly, I’m naturally doing the third.

So, yes.  I’m happy with myself, in this very moment…

stay tuned…
